Last Sunday, our company began our Fresh First Challenge – a fun and exciting 4-week challenge to encourage you to eat 5 or more servings of fruits and vegetables EVERY day!
Those that wanted to participate split into teams of 10 people or less; some of our teams are pictured below! Each week, individuals will keep a log of how many fruits and veggies eaten, and then submit the logs the following week. Then at the end of the 4 weeks, the team with the highest average of fruits and vegetables wins our Fresh First Challenge and an awesome prize!
