What To Expect On Your First Bill 

  • Your first invoice may contain prorated charges for a partial month of service (the date you set up your service through the first billing date) as well as next month’s charges in advance. The dates covered will appear on the invoice. 
  • Equipment charges for your monthly device charge under your Freedom Agreement
  • Taxes, Surcharges and Fees are defined on the last page of the invoice

  • Automatic Payments – Via Credit Card or Bank Account. Simply bring in a voided check or set-up online at www.nex-techwireless.com

    • View and pay your bills

    • Click Sign Up at the top of the screen to enroll in Online Bill Pay

  • Quick Pay – www.nex-techwireless.com
    • Make a one-time payment without logging into your account!

Voicemail

Setting up Your Voicemail on SmartPhones

  1. Download NTW Visual Voicemail app from Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS)
  2. Turn off WiFi
  3. Install
  4. Open
  5. Read Welcome Message and click > (You may be prompted on some models to enable permissions, approve all)
  6. Click > Wait while activating voicemail
  7. Click > Visual Voicemail is now activated and ready to use
  8. Wifi can be enabled again

Setting up Your Voicemail on Basic Phones

  1. Dial your 10-digit wireless number (example 785-555-5555)
  2. Enter the default password of 9999, followed by the # key when prompted
  3. Follow instructions to select security code and record
  4. Say your name and greeting

How to Play Messages

  • Press 1 to play your messages
  • Press 7 to delete your messages
  • Press 9 to save your messages
  • Press # to save your messages as new

Bypass the Voicemail Password Option

  • Press 1 to access voicemail
  • Press 4 for personal options
  • Press 8 to enable/disable password bypass
Calling Features

Activate Call Forwarding - Immediate

  1. Dial *72 and then dial the 10 digit number you want to forward to - for example, *72 785 555 5555
  2. Press Send. You will hear the 3 confirmation beeps. End the call. Your phone is now forwarding. 
  3. To turn off call forwarding immediately, dial *720 and press Send. You will hear the 3 confirmation beeps. End the call. Your phone is now reset to ring your handset. 

Activate Call Forwarding - No Answer

  1. Dial *73 and then dial the 10 digit number you want to forward to - for example, *73 785 555 5555
  2. Press Send. You will hear the 3 confirmation beeps. End the call. Your phone is now forwarding. 
  3. To turn off call forwarding immediately, dial *730 and press Send. You will hear the 3 confirmation beeps. End the call. Your phone is now reset to ring your handset. 

Activate Call Forwarding - Busy

  1. Dial *74 and then dial the 10 digit number you want to forward to - for example, *74 785 555 5555
  2. Press Send. You will hear the 3 confirmation beeps. End the call. Your phone is now forwarding. 
  3. To turn off call forwarding immediately, dial *740 and press Send. You will hear the 3 confirmation beeps. End the call. Your phone is now reset to ring your handset.

What is covered by Phone Guard?

This program covers accidental physical damage, loss, malfunctions past the manufacturer’s warranty, and theft to wireless devices for which a serial number is registered and on file with Nex-Tech Wireless.

 

How do I sign up?

If you would like to enroll in this program, simply stop by any of our convenient locations. Our policy requires that we complete a performance check before enrolling any device into the Phone Guard program.
